As a compassionate witness, Ranie will not only be a listening ear but will also plant some seeds of self empowerment so that you have clarity about your own abilities to move forward in life. **Please fill in the "Personal Session form" before booking this session. This will enable Ranie to understand you better and your reasons for seeking help. It also helps her to estimate the length of the session you need. Ranie will contact you via email 24 – 48 hours upon receiving your session form to schedule your session.** *All her sessions are conducted through online video chat. * All sessions are private and confidential. Cancellation Policy

Please understand that we have limited session times and often have a waiting list. We regard your booking as a contract. There is no charge for cancellations where we receive 3 days’ notice. If we receive at least 24 hours’ notice we will hold your payment and reschedule the session at no charge. There are no refunds for cancellation notice less than 24 hours. Occasionally our Whatsapp or Zoom sessions are disrupted. If this occurs during your session then we will always reschedule your session. Your booking is only confirmed after payment has been made. Do make your payment as soon as possible to avoid released slot to other clients.
