If you have any ailments that you need to consult medically by a licensed professional and have not done so, please do it before engaging in this service. This will enable Ranie to understand you better and your reasons for seeking help. It also helps her to estimate the length of the session you need. Cancellation Policy

Please understand that we have limited session times and often have a waiting list. We regard your booking as a contract. There is no charge for cancellations where we receive 3 days’ notice. If we receive at least 24 hours’ notice we will hold your payment and reschedule the session at no charge. There are no refunds for cancellation notice less than 24 hours. Occasionally our Whatsapp or Zoom sessions are disrupted. If this occurs during your session then we will always reschedule your session. Your booking is only confirmed after payment has been made. Do make your payment as soon as possible to avoid released slot to other clients.
