2. Payment Policy

Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.

All payments are non-refundable once processed, except in cases of service cancellation initiated by us.

3. No Refunds for Misunderstanding

No refunds will be given for failure to read or understand the terms, conditions, or service descriptions prior to booking. It is your responsibility to review all the information provided.

4. Rescheduling and Cancellations

If you need to reschedule a session, please inform us at least 3 days before the appointment. If you are unable to attend the session on the scheduled day, you may inform us in advance to reschedule your appointment. Rescheduling is subject to availability.

Please note that no refunds will be made for any cancellations initiated by the client, regardless of the reason. If you fail to attend the session without rescheduling in the required timeframe, the payment will be forfeited.

5. Changes to Services

We reserve the right to modify, postpone, or cancel the service in unforeseen circumstances, with proper notice provided to clients. In such cases, a refund or rescheduling will be offered.

6. Liability

We are not responsible for any personal or material damage caused as a result of our services, unless due to gross negligence or intentional misconduct on our part.

All sales are final and no refunds will be issued.

No monetary refunds will be given for any reason, though alternative refunds may be offered, such as exchanges with equivalent value to which if the value is higher, customer will add on the balance for the price.
